**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and motivated **Social Media Executive** who is passionate about social media trends, content creation, and digital design. As a key member of our marketing team, you will help conceptualize, design, and execute social media campaigns that resonate with our audience and strengthen our brand presence across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Campaign Design**: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, conceptualize, and execute engaging campaigns for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- **Content Creation**: Develop high-quality, platform-specific content including graphics, banners, reels, carousels, and short-form videos.
- **Graphic & Creative Design**: Design visually appealing creatives and assets for use across digital platforms in alignment with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in managing daily operations of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, community engagement, and analytics tracking.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral content, platform updates, and incorporate them into the content strategy.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Utilize tools like **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma** (or similar tools) to create engaging visual content.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in managing or assisting with social media campaigns (academic, freelance, or internship).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and what content performs best on each.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as **Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects**, and **Figma**.
- Ability to create both static and motion content (e.g., posts, banners, reels, animated graphics).
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and an eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
