**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Regularly update and manage daily activities within the V-School app to ensure fresh and engaging content for users..
- Schedule and publish quizzes, challenges, nudges, and milestones every Saturday.
- Release quiz results each Thursday.
- Send three targeted notifications daily to keep users engaged and informed about new content, activities, and updates.
- Collect and draft four inspiring success stories per month to highlight the impact of V-School on students and teachers.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality storytelling.
- Create and publish two engaging social media posts per month to increase visibility and user engagement with V-School.
- Establish and manage WhatsApp groups for teachers and students.
- Send educational messages and updates regularly to maintain active community engagement.
- Coordinate the creation and publication of a 20-page A5 magazine each month, showcasing educational content, stories, and updates.
- Plan and execute one school visit per month to engage directly with students and teachers, gathering feedback and insights for app improvement.
- Develop and execute user engagement plans to increase app usage and satisfaction.
- Monitor user feedback and implement improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Design and implement a specialized engagement plan for Bajaj School students to ensure they are actively participating in V-School activities.
- Monitor and manage Play Store reviews, responding to user feedback and suggestions to improve app ratings and user experience.
- **Desirable Skill Set**:

- Minimum experience of 3-4 years in user engagement activities.

**Commitment expected**:2+ years

**Office Location**:Kothrud, Pune.

**Salary Compensation**:Rs**. **3 to 4 Lakhs per annum
