**Your mission at Sistema.bio**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your purpose as a digital engagement associate is to manage social media platforms, increase followers, engagements and brand mentions to reach out to internal and external audiences.

**You’ll be in charge of**:

- Co-designing with the marketing team, while adhering to Digital & Social media SOPs, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. This involves coordinating with creative teams to produce graphic, video, and interactive media elements. Additionally, adapting social media posts into different languages and providing assistance in translating content and subtitling when needed, ensuring inclusivity and broad reach in our digital marketing efforts.
- Scheduling, and posting the monthly social media content to be 100% visible on our India platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, IG, FB, YouTube).
- Working alongside Agency and internal teams to develop organic and paid social media content and optimize it on a real-time basis to meet the targeted KPIs.
- Engaging with a variety of audiences including farmers, institutions, followers, and team members to build community engagement in digital channels for India, while also responding to queries and maintaining leads collected from all platforms.
- Ensuring the management and content up date of Sistema.bio India communications platforms: Mailchimp, Sistema.bio Library, Adobe Suite and Canva.

**More about YOU**:
Education: Postgraduate/ Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and/ or Communications 3+years of experience in the relevant industry and role.

Key Experiences & Skills:

- You have excellent written and oral communication in English
- You have 3+ years of work experience in digital advertising and/or community managing
- You have experience in paid social campaigns in Fb, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- You have a sharp sense of what makes a story shareable and you have brilliant storytelling skills.
- You are deeply analytical and use data/consumer insights to drive decision-making.
- You are a digital native who loves to be on top of digital trends and have a natural talent to find out about how digital platforms work

[Nice to have]
- You have basic knowledge in video edition
- You have basic knowledge of graphic design Adobe Suite software (Canvas, Photoshop and illustrator).
