Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and user preferences
- Design and implement a social media and graphical design strategy to align with our NGO’s goals
- Set specific objectives and report the impact of social media posts
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Monitor the reach on various media platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, etc)
- Collaborate with other teams, like content development, fieldwork, and IT to ensure the quality and consistency
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
- Design graphical illustrations, images, UI elements, videos etc as per various project requirements
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
- Write reports, articles, social media posts, case studies, do research for project assessment, etc.
- Maintain and submit records and receipts of all expenses
- Maintain and submit monthly and quarterly work reports, work plans and appraisals
- **Desirable Skill Set**:

- Minimum experience of 3-4 years as Social Media Executive.

**Commitment expected**:2+ years

**Office Location**:Kothrud, Pune.

**Salary Compensation**:Rs**. **3 to 4 Lakhs per annum
