**Customer Service Executive (US Process )**
- Graduates with any Customer Service Experience of 1 Year (Travel background preferred)
- Good communication Skills both Verbal & Written
- Prior Travel account experience and good geographical knowledge of North America is an added advantage
- Hour of Operations : 18*7 (US Shifts)
- Transportation : 1 Way (Home Pick Up/Drop), the other way will be a Nodal Point (Pick Up / Drop)
- CTC: INR 32000 ; Take Home : ~ INR 27000
**Work Location : Malad**
Selection Rounds: HR Screening + AMCAT + Ops Round (Evening Shift 4 PM Onwards)
**Roles & Responsibilities of Agent**:
- Resolve customers follow up queries by contacting vendors and suppliers.
- Should have eye for detail and good problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in navigating various client tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
