Job Title: Caller for Digital Platform Engagement Team
Location: Kandivali
Position Type: Full-time/Part-time
Job Summary:
As a Caller for the Digital Platform Engagement Team, you will reach out to users who are actively using our platform. Your primary responsibility is to ensure users are satisfied with the platform, assist with any queries, and encourage further engagement. You will work closely with other teams to provide feedback and support the overall success of our platform adoption efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to users actively engaged with our digital platform.
Engage users to understand their experience with the platform and address any concerns or questions.
Offer guidance and assistance on platform features and functionalities.
Provide personalized recommendations to enhance user experience and encourage further usage.
Document interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while engaging users.
Work with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements to the platform based on user interactions.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and user engagement.
Stay up-to-date on platform updates and changes to communicate them effectively to users.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in outbound calling or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle user concerns with patience and professionalism.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience with digital platforms or SaaS products is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
