Job Title: Customer Support Executive - FIS (Fidelity National Information Services)

**Job Description**:
FIS (Fidelity National Information Services) is seeking passionate individuals to join the dynamic team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will handle customer queries and provide effective solutions, contributing to our FinTech process and delivering exceptional customer service through a US voice process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and efficient solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards
- Work in a 24/7 shift, with any two rotational days off
- Utilize excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

**Requirements**:

- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum of 6 months of experience
- Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computer systems
