Job Opening: Customer Service Executive (Chat Process)
Location: Malad (W), Mumbai
Shift Timings: 24/7
Week Off: 1 week off (any day of the week)
Qualification: SSC Passed or above
Language Required: English
Experience: Freshers are welcome
Salary: Attractive Salary + Incentives + Overtime + Week Off Pay
Job Role:
- Handle customer queries via chat professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers
- Work as part of a dynamic support team
Skills Required:
- Good written communication in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
