Job Description:
As a Hospital Influencer and Public Relations Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our hospital's brand visibility and reputation within the healthcare industry. Leveraging your expertise in influencer management and public relations, you will collaborate with various teams to drive engagement and effectively communicate our hospital's message.

**Responsibilities**:
Influencer Management:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers within the healthcare and wellness sectors.
- Negotiate partnerships and manage contracts with influencers for collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation and promotions focused on healthcare services and initiatives.

Public Relations:

- Develop and maintain media relationships to secure press coverage and placements in relevant healthcare publications.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials highlighting hospital achievements, services, and community involvement.
- Monitor media coverage and track PR performance metrics to assess effectiveness.

Campaign Execution:

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign concepts and strategies aligned with hospital objectives.
- Ensure seamless execution of influencer and PR campaigns within budget and timeline constraints.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Brand Representation:

- Serve as a brand ambassador in interactions with influencers, media, and external partners.
- Represent the hospital at events, press conferences, and industry functions to showcase our commitment to healthcare excellence.
- Uphold brand values and messaging in all communications and interactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer management, public relations, or marketing roles within the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
