KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Government Liaison:

  • Liaise with government authorities for MOUs, licenses, renewals, empanelment, accreditations, lab tests, and supply chain management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely renewal of licenses and permissions (e.g., Lift, Electrical, Fire, BMW, PCB).

Staff Management:

  • Monitor duties and leave for the operations department, ART, and ICTC (non-teaching staff).
  • Coordinate with departmental staff for timely online reporting on government portals.

Hospital Inspections:

Prepare for and conduct hospital inspections for NMC, CMHO, Ayushman, TPA, government empanelment, Blood Bank, NABL, and other associated institutions.

  • Ensure timely completion of NMC-related data by assigning additional duties to staff.

Licensing and Accreditation:

Handle licensing and accreditation for various departments (e.g., blood bank, RMI, PCPNDT, Janani Suraksha Yojna).

  • Manage accreditation of MOUs for departments like blindness control, ICTC, and nursing colleges.

Supply Chain Management:

Oversee the supply chain management of government drugs and stock.

  • Monitor and ensure the timely submission of all required reports to government departments.

Camp Coordination:

Coordinate with staff and government departments for government camps like ICTC, ART, PMSMA, and vaccination.

  • Administer mega camps, including liaising with ministers, arranging staff, managing logistics, and handling grievances.

Project Management:

  • Plan and coordinate new projects, such as bed expansion, department relocation, and the establishment of new centers (e.g., ART center, Eye Bank).
  • Monitor and implement new government policies related to the hospital.

Public Relations and IT Coordination:

Process PR-related work, including press notes and social media content for publication.

  • Rectify IT-related demands across departments.

Staff and Patient Grievances:

Handle staff correspondence, grievances, and patient document-related issues.

  • Prepare replies to Vidhan Sabha questions regarding facility data and services.

Special Assignments:

Process and monitor new government policies, mega camp permissions, and other projects assigned by management, including data verification for Ayushman Bharat.

Mega Camp Administration:

Liaise with ministers and government authorities for organizing mega camps.
