We are looking for an Associate Vice President of Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, and accelerate demand generation. As part of the leadership team, you will shape the company's voice in the market, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and manage a high-performing marketing team to deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration programs
• Oversee brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, and PR initiatives
• Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align go-to-market strategies
• Lead and mentor marketing managers, ensuring strong execution and team growth
• Analyze campaign effectiveness, track ROI, and optimize spend for maximum impact
• Represent marketing at leadership forums and contribute to overall business strategy

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of scaling B2B marketing in (insert relevant industry: SaaS, data analytics, fintech, etc.)
• Expertise in demand generation, brand strategy, and digital marketing channels
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools

Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Experience in global/regional marketing campaigns and expansion strategies
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms
