We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented **Sales Counselor** to join our growing team. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for driving sales through consultations, understanding student needs, and offering the right educational solutions provided by Physics Wallah. If you're passionate about education, have excellent communication skills, and are enthusiastic about helping students, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counseling to potential customers (students/parents) to understand their educational needs and recommend the best programs and courses offered by Physics Wallah.
- Convert leads into enrollments by guiding prospective students through the decision-making process and demonstrating the value of the offered courses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to help convert inbound leads and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all communication with leads and students.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest offerings and updates from Physics Wallah to ensure you are always knowledgeable when speaking to leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
