**Job Title**: Legal Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Advise management on legal implications of business decisions and policy changes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings (if required) and coordinate with external counsel.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, labor, IP, and healthcare-related laws.
- Maintain legal documentation and support internal audits and investigations.
- Train relevant teams on legal and compliance updates.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of Indian laws related to contracts, labor, data protection, and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
