**Responsibilities**:
1. Legal Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices that affect our logistics operations, and ensure our company's compliance with these requirements.

2. Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, lease agreements, and transportation agreements, while safeguarding the company's interests.

3. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential legal risks associated with business operations and propose strategies to mitigate them effectively.

4. Dispute Resolution: Provide guidance and support in resolving contractual disputes, litigations, and legal claims, both internally and externally.

5. Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support decision-making, anticipate potential legal issues, and provide recommendations for resolving them.

6. Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, licenses, permits, and certifications applicable to the logistics industry, such as transportation, import/export, customs, and data protection regulations.

8. Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining proper corporate governance practices, including advising on board meetings, shareholder agreements, and company secretarial matters.

9. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on legal matters, compliance requirements, and best practices.

10. External Counsel Management: Collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary, manage legal costs, and oversee the quality and effectiveness of their services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited institution; an advanced degree (LL.M.) is preferred.
- Admission to the Bar association and licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or in a similar legal role, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with logistics and transportation regulations, including international trade laws, customs regulations, and transportation safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to review legal documents meticulously.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
