**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, including contracts, labor laws, compliance, litigation, and corporate affairs.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary, and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and ensure timely response to legal claims or queries.
- Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and changes that may affect the business.
- Conduct legal risk analysis for potential business decisions or partnerships.
- Assist HR in disciplinary actions, employment agreements, and termination-related legalities.
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation securely.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is a plus.
- Member of the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Real Estate and Interior Sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate, labor, civil, and commercial law.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Strong ethical standards, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple legal tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in real estate, construction, IP.
- Familiarity with RERA, GST, or other regulatory bodies (if relevant).
- Ability to work independently and manage external legal consultants.
- Problem-solving attitude with a strategic mindset.
