**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization.
- Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents for compliance with laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and other departments on legal matters.
- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Provide search and Title Report and due diligence of property.
- Draft and prepare contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide litigation support by representing company in legal proceedings, revenue and court cases.
- Draft legal briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents and argue cases on behalf of the company.
- Provide legal advice on Redevelopment Projects.
- Monitor and manage legal disputes, litigation, and claims
- Respond to legal inquiries and requests from management.
- Oversee and coordinate litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Provide legal opinions, memoranda, and reports on various legal matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and achieve business objectives

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors or master’s in law from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and a valid license practice law.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in real estate law, with a strong background in real estate transactions, property management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in negotiating and drafting real estate contracts and handling legal disputes.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
- **Experience in The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)**

**Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
