**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive **Legal Advisor** with strong **liaisoning capabilities** to manage legal affairs, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain effective relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal counsel on company matters including contracts, agreements, tenders, and regulatory issues.
- Liaise with **government departments**, statutory authorities, and legal bodies for approvals, licenses, and clearances.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and audits.
- Draft and vet legal documents including MoUs, NDAs, service agreements, etc.
- Handle legal documentation related to land acquisition, project approvals, and business operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage legal risk and provide preventive legal guidance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and policy changes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external legal firms, consultants, and administrative bodies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); MBA in corporate affairs; LLM preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in legal advisory and liaisoning.
- Strong understanding of corporate, civil, and regulatory laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel and attend meetings with external agencies as needed.
- Experience in the **renewable energy**, or **manufacturing** sectors is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
