**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive - Real Estate
**Salary Package**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance) + **Attractive Incentives up to ₹15,000 per month**
**Experience Required**: 6 months to 1 year in Real Estate Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Customer Support
**Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively manage inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Clearly explain property features, benefits, and special offers to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up with clients to ensure lead conversion and high satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets to maximise incentive earnings.
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in lead generation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
