**About the role**

We are looking for an **Customer Support Executive** to join our team.

**Experience: Fresher or internship experience**

**Education: Graduation (any stream)**

**Language: English and Hindi**

**The primary roles and responsibilities for this role are : -**
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Work on gaining knowledge of our products, inside-out, so as to answer questions
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate across the teams as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
