Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell outsourcing services to businesses and individuals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct door-to-door sales to generate leads and close deals
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Attend trade shows and events to promote services
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience in door-to-door sales, B2B and B2C sales, marketing, and brand promotion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

**Salary**: ₹134,751.96 - ₹319,000.00 per year
