**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketer. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing while contributing to our company's online presence and growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging content for website, blog, social media posts, and other digital channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on digital channels, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Support the implementation of SEO techniques to optimize website visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging marketing collateral.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing calendars.

**Requirements**:

- Strong passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with popular digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
