As a Marketing Assistant at Speculit Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts with a strong focus on graphic design, social media management, and on-ground marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching Instagram posts, memes, and other visual content
- Regularly post and engage with our audience on social media platforms
- Analyze analytics and provide insights to improve our social media performance
- Set up and manage social media content calendars
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors to get banners and marketing materials made
- Participate in brainstorming and strategy meetings
- Assist in internal and external communication efforts

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram
- Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and data analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in marketing or graphic design is a plus

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
