Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager located in Gurgaon. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting marketing strategies, executing marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and developing promotional materials. Their day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales team, managing social media accounts, coordinating events, and conducting market research.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of market analysis, trends, and research
  • Strong skills in social media management and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in coordinating events and promotional activities
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
  • Experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks
  • Develop and run influencer partnerships, social media campaigns, PR and advertising initiatives
  • Manage vendor relations and corporate sales development
  • Engage with customers, ensuring high service satisfaction
  • Handle administrative support for brand & marketing functions
  • Create compelling visual design and copy for marketing materials
  • Work collaboratively with teams to execute campaigns on time, even under pressure
