Roles and responsibilities:

- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

- Expand, scale and drive efficiency across the marketing funnel through campaign optimizations

- Execute all aspects of performance marketing, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like

Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)

- Analyze and interpret campaign data, key metrics, and KPIs to extract actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies for continuous improvement.

- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost.

- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies

to drive innovation in the performance marketing landscape.

The Ideal Candidate :

- 2+ years previous experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving business growth on AMS.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree an advantage.

- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Amazon AMS, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads with particular familiarity of Amazon platform & ecosystem

- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing platforms

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving marketing landscapes

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

- Prior Experience in a fast paced, high growth organization is preferred
