Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will lead efforts to drive high-quality traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimize return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, AMS (Amazon Ads), Flipkart Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Lead performance marketing strategies, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, programmatic buying, affiliate marketing and Amazon ecosystem.
- Allocate and optimize marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and analyzing user behavior.
- Work alongside the SEO team to ensure that all paid strategies align with organic search efforts and drive overall web traffic.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between paid ads and landing pages for a seamless customer journey.
- Develop precise targeting strategies using demographic, behavioral and psychographic data to reach the most relevant audiences.
- Stay up to date with market trends, new digital marketing opportunities, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Performance and Digital marketing with a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, AMS, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and CRO principles.
- Exposure of setting up D2C website.
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AMS, SEMrush, etc.).
