**Job Description**:
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to expand our customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service, generate new leads and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing policies.
- Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed sales revenue objectives within assigned territories or market segments.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product line, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers to build long-term relationships, secure repeat business, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and stay informed about market trends.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as B2B Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in local and English languages.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
