**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Bidding**:

- Identify and analyze relevant projects on Upwork.
- Submit compelling and customized proposals to secure contracts.
- Develop relationships with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- **Client Communication**:

- Engage with clients via messages and video calls to understand their requirements.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deliverables.
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance bidding strategies.
- Identify new niches and market opportunities for business expansion.
- **Proposal Writing & Documentation**:

- Write detailed and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
- Keep records of proposals, responses, and project progress.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an **Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive** (1+ years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal **communication skills in English**.
- **Understanding of IT services**, including Web & Mobile App Development.
- Ability to handle multiple bids and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of **pricing strategies and negotiation techniques**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc.
- Experience in CRM tools for lead management.
- Background in sales, marketing, or business development.
