**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and bid on potential projects that align with our expertise with Excellent Communication Skills (Both verbal and written).
2. Write persuasive proposals tailored to client needs & Should have a basic knowledge of SEO and WordPress.
3. Maintain an organised log of bids and follow-ups.
4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements.
5. Collaborate with our team to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of the Upwork platform.
3. Excellent written communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
1. This is a commission-based role, where you will earn a percentage of the revenue from projects you successfully secure.
2. If you are a self-starter with a talent for winning bids, we’d love to have you on our team
