As an Online Bidder, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by securing valuable projects that align with our expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Mastery**: Utilize your deep understanding of Upwork and other freelancing platforms to identify and bid on projects that match our service offerings.
- **Project Analysis**: Thoroughly analyze project requirements, scope, and budget to create compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase our capabilities.
- **Strategic Bidding**: Develop a bidding strategy that positions Business 10x competitively while ensuring project profitability.
- **Effective Communication**: Engage with clients to gather project details, clarify requirements, and establish rapport through clear and persuasive communication.
- **Proposal Creation**: Craft tailored proposals that demonstrate a deep understanding of client objectives, showcasing our strengths and differentiation.
- **Negotiation**: Engage in negotiation with clients to reach mutually agreeable terms that align with both parties' interests.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate positive client relationships, acting as a bridge between clients and our technical teams.
- **Sales Goals**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven success in securing projects on Upwork or other freelancing platforms, preferably in the field of Business Intelligence, Website/App development, or Digital Marketing.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are a must.
- **Technical Understanding**: Familiarity with the services offered by Business 10x, allowing you to confidently communicate our capabilities to potential clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to secure projects at competitive rates.
- **Result-Oriented**: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Effective relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
