**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and projects on platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn**, etc.
- Write **customized and compelling proposals** to grab client attention and convert leads.
- Coordinate with the **technical team** to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Handle **client communication** (pre-sales) including follow-ups, queries, and clarifications.
- Maintain and update the **bid status reports** and project tracking sheets.
- Generate leads through various **online sources** and channels.
- Work with the team to **brainstorm strategies** for client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and documentation.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0.6-2 years of experience as an **Online Bidder** or in **Business Development** in the IT industry
- Excellent **written and spoken English**:

- Strong understanding of **web and mobile development services**:

- Ability to **write persuasive proposals** and interact confidently with clients
- Familiarity with **bidding portals** and **CRM tools**:

- Goal-oriented, proactive, and strong team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur city, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
