**Bid Management**: Prepare and submit attractive project proposals and bids to potential clients based on their requirements and project scope. Ensure that bids are competitive yet profitable for the organization.

**Client Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, clarify project details, and address any queries or concerns they may have.

**Price Negotiation**: Negotiate project terms, scope, and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.

**Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed business decisions.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the internal team, including project managers, developers, and designers, to gather relevant information and deliver accurate project proposals.

**Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives on a regular basis.

**Reporting**: Maintain accurate bids, proposals, and client interactions records. Generate regular reports on bid activity and progress.

**Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients on completed projects to improve service quality and identify potential areas of growth.
