**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.**:

- Write customized proposals for each client based on the project requirements
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate technical and business solutions
- Follow up on leads and convert them into clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare presentations, estimates, and work plans
- Meet monthly targets for proposals submitted, responses, and projects closed

**Required Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English**:

- Good understanding of **IT services**, such as:

- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM)
- E-commerce Solutions
- Experience with **bidding portals** like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Ability to write compelling and tailored proposals
- Basic knowledge of **CRM tools**, spreadsheets, and productivity apps
- Time management and multitasking abilities

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **IT / Computer Science / Business / Marketing**:

- 6 months - 2 years of experience in online bidding or business development
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and learning mindset are welcome
