Cadabams Group is a renowned name in the field of mental health and rehabilitation. Our Child Development Center (CDC) is committed to delivering specialized therapeutic interventions for children with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with senior psychologists and behavior analysts.
- Monitor and document progress regularly; make data-driven decisions to modify programs as needed.
- Support children in developing communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
- Provide parent training and guidance on implementing behavioral strategies at home.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and special educators.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master’s in Psychology, Behavioral Science.
- RCI Registration is mandatory.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and child-friendly approach.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week
