**Reports to**: Academic Coordinator / Centre Head

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate **Behavioral Therapist** with an **ABAT (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician)** certification to work with children with autism and developmental delays. The role involves implementing structured behavior intervention programs under the supervision of senior clinicians.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver 1:1 or small-group ABA therapy sessions as per individualized behavior plans.
- Implement skill acquisition programs targeting communication, behavior regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills.
- Accurately record and document session data, progress notes, and behavioral observations.
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and special educators to ensure consistent and coordinated care.
- Support parents and caregivers with home programs and basic ABA strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing clinical supervision.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards as per QABA Board and organization policies.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Mandatory ABAT Certification** (Accredited by the QABA Board)
- Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience working with children with special needs (internship experience acceptable)
- Strong communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is a plus
- Ability to engage with young children in a warm, patient, and structured manner
