We are looking for an ABA therapist to work with our neurodivergent children who need specialised support The primary duty of an ABA therapist is to determine a patient's behavioral attributes in certain social situations and settings, such as school and home. Once they identify certain behaviors causing problems for the patient, they can develop a treatment plan by interacting with them to identify the factors that cause these behaviors. They can then offer exercises, routines, and coping skills to help the patient adopt healthier behaviors. At OCDC, the therapist will also be: - Meeting with parents for in-depth conversations about their child's history and symptoms - Observing patients in their usual environments to understand behaviors, environmental factors, and triggers - Synthesizing all the relevant information into a personalized treatment plan - Corresponding with the patient's families to address any concerns or challenges regarding the treatment plan - Maintaining medical records of patients and their progress - Keeping up-to-date with developments and new treatments in the field - Improve the quality of care for patients - Therapists must possess analytical, organizational, critical thinking, Adaptability, social, and Creative thinking skills to practice effectively. Qualification and requirements Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Preferred BCBA/BCABA Minimum "4 " years’ experience in the Field of ABA Located in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore Work environment Hospitals (online and offline) collaborate and correspond with doctors and specialists

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
