**Position Overview**

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Behavioural Therapists to work with children, presenting with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other behavioural or developmental concerns. You will implement evidence-based strategies and work closely with parents and professionals to drive positive behavioural outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct at-home therapy consultation and sessions to reinforce treatment goals and improve child development.
- Conduct behavioural assessments using structured observation and standardized tools.
- Develop individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) based on the child’s needs.
- Implement behaviour therapy techniques (e.g., ABA, positive reinforcement, social skills training).
- Track and document child progress regularly in EMR.
- Collaborate with speech, occupational therapists, and developmental paediatricians.
- Counsel and train parents on behavioural techniques for home reinforcement.
- Contribute to therapy planning, progress meetings, and case discussions.
- Assist in parent education and awareness programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or related field.
- Certification in ABA or behavioural therapy (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience working with children with behavioural or developmental needs.
- Understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders and therapeutic interventions.
- Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team environment.
