**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct behavioral assessments, case history taking, and psychological evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using CBT and other behavioral approaches.
- Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other care providers.
- Educate patients and families about behavioral techniques and coping mechanisms.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Handle crisis interventions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field (M.Phil preferred).
- Certification or training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other behavioral therapies is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or mental health setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Proficient in maintaining clinical documentation and reports.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with psychiatric hospital environments.
- Experience in handling patients with conditions like ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, etc.
- Knowledge of behavior modification techniques and psychological assessments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,360.14 - ₹25,000.00 per month
