**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and engaging children with diverse learning needs.
- Support teachers in delivering academic lessons tailored to individual abilities.
- Implement behavior management strategies under the guidance of senior therapists.
- Monitor student participation and provide one-on-one support as needed.
- Help in setting up sensory tools, visual aids, and learning materials.
- Maintain documentation and assist in tracking progress.
- Provide emotional and social support to children during class hours.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- PU or Degree (in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related fields preferred)
- Strong interest in working with children with special needs
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of classroom behavior strategies (training will be provided)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
