**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience**: 1+ year (Freshers with training are welcome to apply)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Work 1:1 with children to implement therapy goals
- Monitor progress and document behavioral data
- Guide and support parents on home-based strategies
- Collaborate with speech, occupational, and special educators in a team setting
- Participate in regular case discussions and therapy planning sessions

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology / Applied Behavior Analysis / Child Development or related field
- Certification or training in ABA or behavior therapy (preferred)
- Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
