Job Profile**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for task completion
- Monitor order processing, dispatches, logistics, and stock records
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal databases
- Assist in budgeting, planning, and reporting operational metrics
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and timelines
- Prepare MIS reports and share periodic updates with the team/management

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or backend coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- **Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in **logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, or service industry**:

- Problem-solving mindset and process-oriented approach
- Willingness to take ownership and initiative
- **Knowledge of basic accounting or ERP tools is a plusWorking Days6 days working 10-6pm,Working Timings10-6**

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
