**Department**: Supply Chain / Operations

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Coordinate order processing, packaging, and shipping activities to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor daily order flow through the e-commerce system and troubleshoot any fulfillment issues.
- **Courier & Delivery Coordination**:

- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and courier partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Track and resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.
- **Inventory & Warehouse Management**:

- Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability, inward/outward movement, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock dispatch and returns.
- **Returns & Reverse Logistics**:

- Manage return shipments from customers and coordinate with internal teams for quality check and restocking.
- Work on reducing return rates through root cause analysis and improvements.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track KPIs such as delivery time, order accuracy, logistics cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve delivery speed and cost-efficiency.
- Assist in automation and integration of logistics software/tools.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and tax/invoice requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and inventory movement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is preferable.
- 0 -2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with shipping and inventory management software (e.g., Shiprocket, Unicommerce, SAP, etc.).
- Knowledge of local and national shipping regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse and fulfillmentt operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
