E-commerce Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **E-Commerce Executive** to manage and grow our online sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product listings, managing online promotions, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across e-commerce platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
- Update product details including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels.
- Monitor and manage order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and promotions.
- Track and analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates; prepare performance reports.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth on various platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and warehouse teams to enhance e-commerce performance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
