**Description**

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Centre Admin to join our team. As the Centre Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Your exceptional multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills will be crucial in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks within the centre.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Classroom delivery of readymade English and soft skills content to improve their job readiness.
- Organizing extra-curricular activities for student s overall development, Conduct timely student assessment and social profiling
- Motive and counsel students as per need

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships with staff and external contacts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
