**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hospital Marketing & Promotions**:

- Promote hospital services and specialties to potential clients and partners.
- Organize and attend health-related events, health camps and seminars to enhance hospital visibility.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and hospital staff to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement local marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **TPA (Third Party Administrator) Work**:

- Build relationships with TPA partners and ensure smooth processing of insurance claims.
- Assist in the onboarding of new TPAs and maintain existing TPA relationships.
- Track and report TPA-related queries and escalate issues for resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with insurance and TPA guidelines.
- **Referral Marketing**:

- Identify and establish relationships with key referrers including doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Drive referral marketing campaigns to increase hospital referrals and patient footfall.
- Manage and nurture relationships with external referral networks.
- Track referral data and provide regular reports on performance.
- **Business Development & Networking**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive positioning.
- Build strategic partnerships with medical institutions, insurance companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- **Brand Building & Awareness**:

- Enhance brand visibility through digital marketing, advertisements, and media outreach.
- Manage social media campaigns and content related to hospital services.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A healthcare-related qualification is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospital marketing, TPA work, and referral marketing.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital marketing strategies.
- Understanding of insurance claims and TPA operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Social media marketing experience.
- **Own Transportation**: Required (for visiting hospitals, partners, and referrers).
