**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
- Collaborate with the management team to align marketing strategies with the hospital's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the content team to produce high-quality, patient-centric content that educates and engages the audience.
- Plan and execute health camps, workshops, and other events to promote the hospital’s services.
- Collaborate with medical staff to organize educational seminars and community outreach programs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, patient needs, and competitive trends.
- Analyze patient feedback and behavior to refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
- Ensure consistency in the hospital's branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and manage the hospital’s reputation through online reviews, patient testimonials, and PR efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships that enhance the hospital’s visibility and service offerings.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing expenditures and outcomes to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of local healthcare market dynamics.
- Experience with patient relationship management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
