A retail marketing executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies specifically targeted towards retail environments, aiming to increase foot traffic, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility by creating and managing campaigns across various channels like in-store promotions, digital marketing, visual merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives, while closely collaborating with store operations teams to achieve retail sales goals. Key responsibilities may include:

- **Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement seasonal retail marketing calendars aligned with overall brand strategy.
- Create and manage in-store promotional campaigns, including signage, displays, and point-of-sale materials.
- Plan and execute special events like product launches, customer appreciation days, and store openings.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Oversee visual merchandising guidelines and training for store staff to ensure consistent brand image across all retail locations.
- Design and implement creative store layouts and product displays to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor activity, and current retail trends.
- Analyze sales data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with store managers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop marketing materials and execute campaigns.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across various channels and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer buying behavior
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Creative thinking and design skills to develop engaging visual merchandising concepts
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
