**Job Title**: Field Marketing Executive - Marble & Natural Stone

**Location**: Delhi ncr

**Reports To**: Marketing Manager / Regional Sales Head
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular field visits to **architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers** to promote marble and stone products.
- Identify new business opportunities and **generate qualified leads** for the sales team.
- Plan and execute **local marketing campaigns**, including exhibitions, product displays, dealer meets, and sampling programs.
- Collect **market intelligence** on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Maintain and update a **database of key clients and influencers** in the region.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for **branding materials**, brochures, samples, and promotional tools.
- Ensure proper **product presentation and branding** at dealer outlets and retail touchpoints.
- Assist in organizing **architect seminars, trade shows, and site visits**.
- Submit timely **reports on visits, leads, and market feedback**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Any can apply. 10th,12th,Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, or related field**.
- **fresher-5 years of experience** in field marketing or B2B sales, preferably in **building materials, marble, tiles, or construction industry**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of **local market and customer segments** (architects, builders, contractors).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

- Number of new leads and active clients developed
- Market coverage and brand visibility
- Sales conversion from marketing activities
- Customer satisfaction and retention

**Compensation**:
