**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize & Create Reels**:

- Develop trending, engaging, and brand-aligned Reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio tracks, and visual styles.
- **Content Strategy & Planning**:

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars with the marketing team.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand voice, campaigns, and objectives.
- **Scripting & Storyboarding**:

- Write creative scripts and plan shoot sequences to convey ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing heads to execute ideas.
- **Filming & Editing**:

- Shoot and edit short-form videos using mobile or professional equipment.
- Add captions, transitions, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor reel performance, engagement rate, and follower growth.
- Analyze insights and adapt future content for better reach and results.
- **Collaboration & Engagement**:

- Work with influencers or team members for collaborations and user-generated content.
- Engage with followers through comments, stories, and live interactions.
- **Creative Innovation**:

- Bring fresh ideas and experiment with formats, challenges, and storytelling styles.
- Keep refining the brand’s digital personality and online presence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
