**Job Summary**:
Triyaansh Medix is looking for a creative, analytical, and self-driven **Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive** to strengthen our digital footprint. You will play a key role in managing our online presence and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns
- Coordinate with designers and photographers for creatives
- Optimize ad strategies based on data insights to achieve ROI goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ strategies

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and performance marketing
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Canva
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Good written communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to analyze data and adapt strategy accordingly
- Highly organized, creative, and able to work under deadlines

**Nice to Have (Optional)**:

- Experience in fashion, healthcare, or D2C brands
- Basic video editing skills

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (can be flexible based on performance)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
