Key Responsibilities

1. Content Ideation & Strategy

  • Develop fresh, innovative concepts for posts, reels, videos, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Understand brand tone, target audience, and current trends to create relevant content.
  • Contribute to monthly content calendars and campaign brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with brand objectives and launches.

2. Content Creation & Execution

  • Plan and execute photo, video, and reel shoots for social media or brand promotions.
  • Script and storyboard creative ideas for visual content.
  • Edit and finalize content using relevant software and tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Ensure all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and platform-optimized.

3. Social Media Management

  • Create and publish content regularly across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Monitor engagement and suggest creative improvements based on analytics.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with photographers, makeup artists, stylists, and marketing teams during shoots.
  • Coordinate with influencers, clients, or brand partners for collaborations or campaigns.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude on set and during brand interactions.

5. Research & Innovation

  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
  • Experiment with new formats and tools to enhance creativity and reach.
  • Recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement through storytelling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong visual sense, creativity, and understanding of brand storytelling.
  • Basic photography/videography and editing skills.
  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar.

  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8, ₹36,778.79 per month
